ELEV8 aims to always provide high quality products that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, products may need to be returned. Returns are governed by the following Terms and Conditions:
(1) If you receive products which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the products replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the product.
Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned products. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation in its original condition unopened. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned products and will include standard delivery charges. We regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
(2) If products are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign any applicable delivery note that the products have been damaged. To return the damaged products, please contact us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the products replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the product.
Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned products. Refunds will be issued no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned products and will include standard delivery charges. We regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
(3) If you desire to return products for any additional reason(s), please contact us within 14 calendar days for an exchange or store credit.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 14 CALENDAR DAYS FOR ANY REASON.

We are unable to process returns of any product under any circumstances that does not have its original seal still intact
Regardless we still reserve the right to review each case on a cases by case basis.
